A NOTE FROM LOURDES ...
This past 2 weeks I (love that green headband of mine! :) had a fabulous time, masterminding with an amazing group of Law of Attraction practitioners in a special Christmas dinner. Each individual is crystal clear how a support system is important and giving and receiving energy from another will help to re-energize each other. I have been in different Inner Circles or Mastermind Group and it always gives me a sense of having to “belong” with the “magical” world to attract ANYTHING I want and need. When you’re ready you can join our Inner Circle: http://www.lawofattractioninnercircle.com as our membership investment will change starting January 2010!
Have a better and better day!

Feature Article: Are You Having Money Leaks?
by Kendall SummerHawk
If you're not satisfied with the amount of money flowing into your business right now, or with the amount you're actually keeping from what you make, that tells me it's time to clean up some of your money boundaries.
Practically speaking, this will help you bring in more cash right now. But the energetic benefits are even more compelling. When you implement clear, strong money boundaries you create the authentic, powerful energetic alignment with money that you're meant to have, thus easily and authentically bringing in more of the good, green stuff into your life.
So, look at both the personal side of your life, plus your business for where you may be "leaking money." For example, are you discounting your services or giving away far too much for too little of a price point? Are you letting clients slide on making their payments?
Perhaps you're not offering an enticing full payment option for your program that will motivate your clients to happily pay in full. Or maybe you're late paying your suppliers or vendors, or find yourself canceling out of programs because you think, "I don't really have the money."
Hmmmm...see how sneaky these money leaks are? Each one says, "I'm not worth charging more or worth keeping what I make" so don't let these money leaks sneak up on YOU!
Every money leak you clean up will result in greater cash flow into your life and business. This, in combination with the right marketing strategies, is how I quickly built an authentic, fun, million dollar business and I know if I can do it, so can you!
PERSONAL INSIGHTS
Here's our year end completions from our Law of Attraction Coaching Community:
Begin by doing an assessment of how 2009 was for you. You may want to jog your memory by going back through your calendar or journal and/or look at each area of your life: friends, family, health, personal growth, spirituality, money, career, home, possessions, environment, time...
I strongly recommend you take your time with this. It may take thirty minutes or it may take a couple of hours You are worth it!
1. Make a list of all your wins, breakthroughs, successes, joys, delights and great things that happened to you over the past year. This is your chance to really celebrate and own who you have become this year. Where did you step into your power and greatness? PLEASE DO NOT SKIMP ON THIS. The little stuff counts as much as the big stuff. No modesty allowed here. You want to validate all your accomplishments. Remember, what you are focused on is what you draw more of to you, so be willing to luxuriate in this.
2. What have you learned about yourself and your life? What insights have you gained? True insights have the transformational capability of shifting us into a new, more alive place! As you are blessed with insights, it is important to nurture and deepen these new understandings.
3. What are you grateful for? How much in your life do you have to appreciate? This list might include some of the above and anything else you truly appreciate about yourself or any other area of your life. I have found the shortest route to attracting what you want in life is to find things to appreciate. You cannot be in a disconnected/ negative state and be in a state of appreciation at the same time. Whatever you appreciate, you increase in your life.
4. What are you ready to let go of? Maybe there were some disappointments over the year. It's okay. We all have them. What you DO with them is where the difference is made. This is the time to release any old negative feelings and energy back to the Universe. One way of releasing them is to write each thing you are now ready to let go of once and for all on a separate piece of paper. Then burn these pieces of paper as you "Let Go and Let God". In doing so, you release; you reconnect with your Inner Guidance and are ready to now focus on New Beginnings in the New Year.
5. Celebrate! What would be a meaningful, enjoyable, special way for you to celebrate your 2009 accomplishments?
Kick the Year Off Right: Set Your Theme for 2010!
What is your theme for 2010 going to be? I'm not asking what your goals are with accomplishments by dates, or what your resolutions are going to be. Rather, what your vision or dream for the upcoming year is going to be. What do you feel energy or excitement around? What is it that you will be able to wrap yourself around and embrace? What is the thing that you can really connect with? What engages your imagination and feels compelling. That "something" that makes you want to work towards it, give it life, and make it dance!
Relax - this does not have to be a linear process. It can be as full of creativity as you desire. Some clients have created collages, others have picked a theme song and others have used menus as their theme.
Are you excited? Are you ready to place YOUR theme on 2010?
Ready to give it life and feel it pulse? For instance, for a couple of my clients who are new coaches, it is a year of "Learning". For another client who has spent the past year letting of her workaholic patterns, it is a year of "Extreme Self-Care".
What is your Personal Vision for 2010? Look at each area of your life: friends, family, health, personal growth, spirituality, money, career, home, possessions, environment and time. Be willing to get outrageous with this. Have fun with it! If there were no limits and only 100% success, what vision would you dare to have?
Lastly, what one personal quality would you like to develop over the next year?
As you play with this don't limit yourself to simply making a list. Get your creative juices flowing. I have clients who have done everything from creating a collage to painting an original piece of artwork to writing a script! How do you best express yourself? Include as many of the senses as possible. What would it look like, feel like, taste like, sound like?
Here are some questions to stimulate your thoughts:
1. If your vision were a piece of music, what piece would it be?
2. If your vision was from nature, what would it be? Perhaps it would be a tree, the ocean, a babbling brook, etc.
3. What does your vision taste like?
4. What does your dream smell like?
5. Is your dream a color?
6. What other senses can you use to develop your vision?
7. What if your vision were a thousand times bigger? Describe what it would be.
8. Are you forcing anything? Where can you ease off?
9. What metaphor would you use to describe your vision?
10. What can you take less seriously?
11. Are there any rules you are holding on to? What can you eliminate?
12. How would a 6-year old describe your vision?
13. Add one outrageous or wacky element to your vision.
Use these questions as a springboard to jumpstart your theme creation. Be as free, wild and inspired as you'd like. It's your theme, something for you to create and watch it take shape and evolve over the coming months.
This exercise is meant to be a fun and productive way to start your New Year.
Once you've identified your theme for the year, take a moment to think about who you are and who you wish to become. See yourself one year from today. If you could have anything you want and no possible way to fail, what would it be? What do you most want for yourself? When you look back on this period of your life, what do you want to remember? What experiences do you want? What accomplishments?
Write a letter to yourself that describes where you will be one year from today based on the questions above, date it and seal it in an envelope to be opened only by you and put it in a place you'll where you'll find it one year from today.
How will you make 2010 great??
Have a Happy Christmas & a better and better New Year!
